This Privacy Policy explains how TomPrintForge (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with your use of tomprintforge.com (the “Site”).

This Site is a portfolio and showcase website. It does not process payments, does not require account creation, and does not contain any contact forms. Purchases of any products shown on this Site take place entirely on third-party platforms (Redbubble, Spreadshirt), not on tomprintforge.com.

TomPrintForge is not a registered business entity. Products featuring these designs are sold and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand platforms (Redbubble, Spreadshirt), where the platform — not the individual artist — is the merchant of record for any purchase.

The individual named above is the data controller for the limited information described below (i.e., the person responsible for how that information is handled).

2. What Information We Collect

2.1. Information you provide directly

We do not operate any contact form, newsletter sign-up, or account system on this Site. The Contact page displays an email address as a plain link. If you choose to email us, we receive whatever information you include in that email (e.g., your name and email address). We use this only to respond to you, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your separate, explicit consent.

2.2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information for every visit, such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time of visit
  • Referring website (e.g., if you arrived from Pinterest)

This is standard server log data used for security and technical maintenance of the Site, and is not used to build individual visitor profiles.

2.3. Cookies

At present, this Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It may use strictly necessary technical cookies required for the Site to function (e.g., related to caching by our hosting provider).

If this changes — for example, if we add Google Analytics or an advertising pixel in the future — this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and that update will be noted here with a new “Last updated” date.

This Site links out to third-party platforms, including:

When you click a “Shop This Design” / “Jetzt shoppen” button, you leave this Site and become subject to the privacy policy and terms of the destination platform. This Site includes technical verification tags used to confirm domain ownership with:

  • Pinterest (Pinterest, Inc.)

These are one-time or ongoing technical verification records and do not, by themselves, track visitor behavior.
